Mr. Iain Ferguson Bruce

Mr. Bruce joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1964 and was elected to its partnership in 1971.  He was the Senior Partner from 1991 until his retirement in 1996 and served as Chairman of KPMG Asia Pacific from 1993 to 1997.  Since 1964, he has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, with over 50 years of international experience in accounting and consulting.  He is a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.  He is an Independent Non-executive Director of Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited. He is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, The 13 Holdings Limited (formerly known as Louis XIII Holdings Limited), Noble Group Limited, Tencent Holdings Limited, Wing On Company International Limited and Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited, all being companies listed either in Hong Kong or overseas.  He was an Independent Non-executive Director of Vitasoy International Holdings Limited and retired on 4 September 2014, and was the Chairman of KCS Limited from June 2003 to 1 August 2015.  On 11 March 2016, he resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director of Sands China Ltd.

Mrs. Gek Chiu

Mrs. Gek Chiu is a founder and director of KE Group.  She obtained the Bachelor degree of Commerce (with Merit) from University of New South Wales, Australia.  Mrs. Chiu held various positions ranging from Qualified Assistant to Senior Manager in KPMG Hong Kong and as Senior Manager to Chief Operating Officer in its spin off organisation, KCS Limited from 1978 to 2011.  Prior to this, Mrs. Chiu worked at PriceWaterhouse, Sydney for 4 years.

Mrs. Chiu is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Ms. Kineta Kwan

Director, K E Corporate Services Limited  

Ms Kineta Kwan has more than 25 years’ experience in the accounting profession, with key expertise in corporate financial reporting, club administration and payroll administration. Ms Kwan was the Director and Head of Corporate Accounting Services of KCS Hong Kong Limited before joining K E. Prior to this, Ms Kwan worked at the corporate services department in KPMG Hong Kong for 15 years.

Ms Kwan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Winifred Leung

Managing Director and Legal Representative, K E Management & Consultancy (Shanghai) Co., Limited

Ms Winifred Leung obtained the Master degree of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.  Before joining K E, Ms Leung was the Office Head of KCS Management & Consultancy (China) Co., Ltd Beijing Branch and Tianjin Branch for 7 years; and worked at the audit assurance division in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong and China for 20 years.

Ms Leung is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
