Mr. Iain Ferguson Bruce

Director, K E Corporate Services Limited

Mr. Bruce joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1964 and was elected to its partnership in 1971.  He was the Senior Partner from 1991 until his retirement in 1996 and served as Chairman of KPMG Asia Pacific from 1993 to 1997.  Since 1964, he has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, with over 50 years of international experience in accounting and consulting.  He is a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.  He was an Independent Non-executive Director of Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited, MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited, Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, The 13 Holdings Limited (formerly known as Louis XIII Holdings Limited), Noble Group Limited, Tencent Holdings Limited, Wing On Company International Limited, Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited,  Vitasoy International Holdings Limited and Sands China Ltd., all being companies listed either in Hong Kong or overseas.  He was the Chairman of KCS Limited from June 2003 to 1 August 2015.  

Ms. Kineta Kwan

Director, K E Corporate Services Limited

Ms Kineta Kwan has more than 30 years’ experience in the accounting profession, with key expertise in corporate financial reporting, club administration and payroll administration. Ms Kwan was the Director and Head of Corporate Accounting Services of KCS Hong Kong Limited before joining K E. Prior to this, Ms Kwan worked at the corporate services department in KPMG Hong Kong for 15 years.

Ms Kwan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Winifred Leung

Director, K E Corporate Services Limited , Managing Director and Legal Representative, K E Management & Consultancy (Shanghai) Co., Limited

Ms Winifred Leung obtained the Master degree of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.  Before joining K E, Ms Leung was the Office Head of KCS Management & Consultancy (China) Co., Ltd Beijing Branch and Tianjin Branch for 7 years; and worked at the audit assurance division in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong and China for 20 years.

Ms Leung is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
